Seán BarrettHead Coach
Seán started Phoenix Mind and Body Performance in early 2020 after accumulating 20 years’ worth of knowledge and experience in fitness and kickboxing with his local club. Seán has been competing at an elite level of kickboxing over the last 15 years and has competed for national, European and World championships throughout Europe. Seán is a 3rd Dan blackbelt in kickboxing and currently ranked 2nd in Ireland and 3rd in the world in the Light Welterweight Full Contact divisions. During his time of training Sean started coaching and found pure happiness from teaching and seeing people improve. His passion for helping people find their motivation is infectious and will go above and beyond to help you achieve your results with an empathetic understanding manner.
